Waipu Vista is the holiday house you have been looking for. Situated in rural Waipu, high on a knoll you have a 270 degree vista before you. You would not be blamed for thinking you really were the king or the queen of the castle when staying here.

The house is fresh and modern. It is comfortable but still holds elements of 'bach'. The fully fenced 2 1/2 acres with many trees and landscaped gardens makes this a wonderland for young and old.

The house is divided over 2 distinct but connected levels. The first level holds the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have direct access out onto the decks. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. The second level (all of 4 steps down) is the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The open plan area has numerous doors opening onto the deck that surrounds the front part of the house.

Waipu township, The Cove, Langs and Ureititi are all short drives away. In 7 mins you can be in Waipu Town where all your holiday requirements can be met. The closest surf beaches are also around 7 mins drive and you have the choice of The Cove with it's cafes, surf club and playground. Or for the more adventurous take the 4 wheel drive onto the beach at Uretiti. If mountain biking or walking is your thing, then we have the forest right across the road.

However if you just want to sit back and relax, we have all the mod cons at your disposal and the coffee machine to boot.
