House is heated by woodburner (Wood provided) and electric heating. Separate bath and shower. Separate laundry with automatic washing machine. Open plan kitchen/dining and living area opening out onto outdoor entertainment area. Section is fully fenced. The house is on the terrace and has nice views over town to the clock and surrounding mountains. If staying in early December enjoy the cherries from the tree growing on the section. Handy location within easy walking distance of supermarket, Molyneux Park and town centre.
Close to Lake Roxburgh and Lake Dunstan for boating and water sports, Clutha and Manuherikia rivers for fishing. Within 1 hour of all the main southern skifields. Good cafes and wineries in the vicinity. Excellent mountain biking and walking in the nearby hills. The Central Otago rail trail runs through town less than one kilometre away.
Great place to stay if going boating (Plenty of off street parking), fourwheel driving, Blossom Festival, Warbirds Over Wanaka, Thyme Festival or just to relax and enjoy the summer heat or the fabulous autumn colours.
