The fourth bedroom and large flowing living areas make up the majority of the downstairs. The kitchen is modern, spacious, user friendly and carries through into the dining room and then into the large lounge. There is a working open fire in the lounge (the fire in the dining room is decorative only) with second of the two heat pumps also in the dining room. The bathroom offers a shower over bath, modern but in keeping with the character of the house, the toilet is separate. There is full insulation under floor and in the flat ceiling areas to help retain the heat. The deck patio area is flat with garden beds and lawns behind the house. *Please note, as this property is elevated there is a walkway and some steps up to the front door.
