The charming cottage has two bright white bedrooms with crisp bedding. a fabulous chefs kitchen with all stainless appliances, commercial stove and antique dining table, two chic lounge areas and an immaculate bathroom complete with a restored claw foot tub. Every detail has been considered for the comfort and relaxation of the guests at Shutters.

From the moment you walk in the front door, you will be delighted you have arrived here. We love the private outdoor areas where you can cosy up in front of the outdoor fire with a glass of Waiheke wine and a good book, shower off outside after a swim at Palm Beach or enjoy a meal with family and friends. The house is well suited for a small family or two couples looking to holiday together. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and there is a queen bed in the second bedroom. The spacious living, kitchen and dining areas flow to the outside and are perfect for entertaining.

Shutters is located on a private road in Palm Beach, a five minute walk to the beach. There is a fantastic playground/bbq area at Palm Beach as well as a dairy and fish and chips shop. The main village of Oneroa, the passenger ferry at Matiatia, the vehicle ferry at Kennedy Point a large supermarket and Onetangi beach are all within a five to ten minutes drive of the property.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Shutters is a great base to explore the island, relax and forget the world!
