NO STUDENT LETTING FEES One room available from the 24th of August. This room has it's own lockable bathroom and is available for the rest of this year and the option to renew for 2017 year. Central city location with 7 studio rooms. Room rates vary from $200 to $250 per week due to their size and facilities. These rooms are perfectly located for quiet students as they are only a 2 minute walk to hospital and maximum 10 minute walk to anywhere in the university. There is a shared kitchen, laundry and living area and a lovely bricked sheltered courtyard. A cleaner maintains the common areas weekly and a gardener the section. Each of the 7 rooms are equipped with basic furnishings, including a fridge, microwave, jug, toaster and heat pump. Each room has their own bathroom (room 2 shares with one other bedroom). Capped Internet and power is included in the room rate and this is based per week for 1 person. A cleaner maintains the common shared areas weekly. These rooms are very popular with senior students and young professionals, just off the main drag yet quiet, with everything at your finger tips. There is one lockable garage is on site but this is not available for tenant use. There is an outhouse for shared use if outside storage is required for bikes etc.
