Fully furnished four bedroom house. Would suit a family with children. Completely renovated inside this year. Fully insulated, double glazed windows throughout, modern kitchen, new bathroom, open plan living. Large deck off the dining area through double doors gets all the evening sun, native bush views over back fence.

Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 medium room with queen size mezzanine, 1 small room for children/study. Beds: We have 1 queen bed, 1 queen mattress for mezzanine, 1 single bed, and double bunks that can be 2 singles that can be configured as needed. Bedroom furniture included.

Living area: Modern kitchen, plenty of appliances, pots/pans etc.. Two 3 seater couches and TV sound system unit with iPod dock. Dining table and chairs (old but functional), and kids area. The living space has two supporting posts that divide the room into three smallish areas. Flooring, panelling and architraves currently being fitted in living area to be completed before Feb.

Heating: Large heat pump, full insulation, large wet back wood burner.

Laundry: Small laundry off kitchen with 2 year old large washing machine and tub.

Back yard: Large new deck with large picnic table/umbrella, herb and vege gardens. BBQ - old but working. Wooden play house, monkey bars and double swing. 3 seater swing chair (old, but new cushions).

Despite inside reno and new deck, very little has been done to outside of house and the very back of the section. House in white stucco finish, roof replaced in recent years, water tight! Two run down old sheds out the back that still need pulling down, good for storing bikes though... A bit of a diamond in the rough.
