This is a fully self contained flat with one large and one small bedroom. It is not a large unit (hence the rent is very reasonable). It has a shower (no bath). It is on the lower level with a flat above. It is in a block of 3 and there is another block of 2 on the property (the other tenants in the other units are all good long term people). The rent includes lawns.

The photos have been taken before we have finished cleaning up after the last tenant (who is still moving fridge, mattress and some furniture out). The carpets will also be cleaned as they have a few marks. And we have a few small repairs to do (e.g. the lattice outside the front door).
