The ground floor consists of a large bathroom with built in cupboards and draws. Shower over bath. Open plan kitchen and living with small tiled conservatory. Each space is uniquely planned to give optimum space and light. There is a utility room built in on the verandah.

The Villa can be let furnished or unfurnished and is heated by a woodburner.
