Up for rent here is a one bedroom flat (one of two flats in a villa that was split in to two flats back in the 50s).

The living area is sunny and reasonably spacious for a one bedroom spot. The bathroom is simple but functional and the bedroom is pretty compact but there is a mezzanine platform that can be used as a bed (to have additional space below) or as storage above (if you have your bed below).

No pretending that this flat is something its not, its all pretty straightforward here - the place is basic (and has had very little updating done to it since the villa was split in to two flats) but it does everything it needs to do and has its own charm for sure. This won't be for you if you are looking for modern, slick stuff but it just might be if you like somewhere with a bit of soul.
