This is for one bedroom in a large 2 bedroom sleep out that also has a good size living/dining room. We wont be renting out the other room in there for some time while we are renovating so you will have the place to yourself during this time. In there at the moment is a double bed, a fridge and microwave and a entertainment unit. We can either add to that if you need anything or not have anything in there at all if you have all you own things.

The kitchen and bathroom you will share with us in the house, we have two showers so you can have one to yourself.
Our house is a an old villa, the sleep is not so old and we have and are still giving it a makeover. So its not all the flashest but certainly somewhere you can call home.

The location of this place is the winner, 20 second walk to Papanui Road where there are many good takeaway shops, a couple of minutes walk to Northlands Mall and not far in the other direction to Merivale.


We are a young family of 4, two boys 9 and 5 years old so all i ask of anyone looking to rent here to be respectful of that.

Lastly i will add some pictures over the next few days, mainly because the carpet is being replaced this week and its a mess from the previous tenant grrrrrrrrrrrr
