Very comfortable small and affordable flat close to the park and the mall. Have enjoyed living here but alas it is time to move on.

We are leaving our flat as is the end of the Uni year and looking for someone to take over the remaining tenancy until the 15th of January. Tenants occupying the flats at 29 Brockworth are usually first offered to re sign.

New tenants would have to occupy the flat from the 20th and assume the requirements of the tenancy agreement from that date.
