Our 3 bedroom holiday home is available over the Xmas and New Year period for rent to holiday makers. It sleeps 7 people comfortably and is fully furnished with everything you may require on holiday. One bathroom and separate toilet, and enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time away.
Large fully fenced back yard with enough room for tents.
Tenters must obtain approval from the owners prior to staying and may incur a $10pp per day extra charge.

Charges:
$200 per night for stay less than 7 nights
$180 per night for stay more than 7 nights
$150 bond refundable subject to house inspection
$65 cleaning fee

3 nights charge must be paid on booking over Xmas/New Year period to secure your booking and the remaining money must be paid one week prior to staying. If you cancel one month prior to your stay, your money will be refunded however if you cancel within a month of staying, your deposit is non-refundable. Booking form must be completed to secure booking.

Suitable for up to 7 tenants.
