This is actually TWO properties (one title).

The main house is $330 per week and features 3 bedrooms. It is newly renovated (bathroom, separate toilet, massive kitchen with all modcons e.g., two ovens and dishwasher), fireplace and gas fire, new carpet, wall paper and painting. It is fully insulated.

The second property is self-contained BEDSIT which is attached to the main house. This is $150 per week and features newly renovated areas. Kitchen, bathroom, lounge/bedroom area and sunroom.

We will give preference to those who will take both properties ($470p/w total). This is ideal for a growing family or maybe a family with young adult or older parents for the bedsit.
