Our very nicely renovated, turn of the century cottage, sits on its own section full of trees and buxus and old world charm, fully fenced.
We are looking for a professional couple or two (only) sharing professionals. This cottage is perfect for two as it has the two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, it also has a small sitting room off the living room which open to back terrace via French doors, great for outdoor living in summer.
The cottage has new kitchen, bathroom, new carpets throughout, freshly painted, insulation in ceiling and a heat pump .
There is a small driveway on the left but is really only suitable for a motorbike or similar so car parking is on the street, it’s a quiet street and the parking is free and limitless.
The outside laundry doubles for great storage for surfboards bikes and other toys.
Also lock up shed available.
The garden is reasonably low maintenance the main things are the front hedge and small lawn front and back, you do need to be a keen gardener to enjoy it , if you can’t manage then we will arrange a gardener to come every few weeks to mow lawns and trim hedge but this cost will be yours and can be discussed.
References are important, but with experience, we will choose potential tenants and then require them to agree for us to do a credit check cost is 30 per tenant. This will not be done unless we have chosen you as first option, pass the credit check process and the tenancy is yours.
We do require a 12mths fixed term to start with , but as past tenants have loved the cottage very much we are sure you will want to stay longer .
