have an option on a suitable property)

Very private... Over looks valley... Close to upper Hokianga harbor... and within the free medical area... central to Kaitaia / Keri Keri / Kaikohe... Primary + high school...
Land is in grass and lots of trees = endless supply of firewood....

House needs some minor TLC... in progress... Land needs some one else's personal input ...
Lots of potential here ... great place for kids ...(has another choice site for a 2nd house)
