This part of Pacific Parade has really proven popular. It is central and sunny and elevated looking down on the world. The bus is so close for everyone or walk to Little Oneroa beach in around 10mins, stroll further to go to the village. This section is a real great find as it is very easy access and has a reasonably flat area before tapering off down the valley. The huge site is over 3000sqm and North facing. Look over the road and you have wide sea views; the houses on that side aren't obstructing your view as they are much lower down off the road so you should retain your lovely sea view.
