Originally designed as a 3-bedroomed dwelling, the original plan was reworked to
accommodate our needs for use as our Sales Office.

The basic outline of the house is the same, but the garage has been used as an office
with a false wall installed part way down to enable the smaller space created to be
used as the office kitchen. The 3 bedrooms have had sliders installed between them as
they have been used as interconnecting offices.

The kitchen area has been used as our Reception/Sales Enquiry desk.

The dwelling could be lived in as it is and reconverted to the new owner’s requirements over time.
