A real estate agent from another company just recently bought a Scene apartment we were selling... what does that tell you?? Maybe leasehold apartments are a better investment than you thought.

Yes, initially the apartments were sold for double to triple what we are selling it for now and the numbers just didnu2019t add up....but now they do and then some.

You see, everything has a price point regardless of type and that includes leasehold apartments.

So yes, itu2019s a distressed sale and itu2019s urgent. Take one look at the price and youu2019ll see that itu2019s obvious. The vendor has given us our orders and this apartment must be gone ASAP.

So get the facts and if you can find a better place to put your money please tell me, because I want to know about it.
