A simply stunning country lodge designed by Brian Elliott and set on wonderful grounds with a two bedroom self-contained cottage and a massive man-cave. 

Just 10 mins from the city and yet it feels a million miles from stress, traffic and work this is a home to cherish! The long driveway, flanked by trees and bushes that host 100's of birds, sweeps up to the home and encircles a large circular lawn. The home is quite spectacular and is reminiscent of a Swiss chalet or mountain lodge and you will feel you are on holiday every day. 

Whilst the home is large it is definitely a 'home'. It was built for families. There's a gorgeous country kitchen, a large family and dining, an expansive sun drenched lounge over-looking the pool, and bedrooms that flow to a veranda. Skylights in most rooms add extra light and punctuate the soaring timber ceilings. A sweet hatch from one of the bedrooms looks down into the dining area. The main bedroom upstairs is adjacent to a bathroom and has glorious views of the garden and surrounding district 

The pool and spa area is an absolute sun trap, easily accessed from several points of the house and ideal for entertaining. Picture your children and their friends leaping in delight into the cool water while the grown ups sip on a cool drink under the shade of an umbrella or tending the sizzling barbecue. 

If you have a large extended family, lots of friends, or are keen to entertain large groups of people this home has one thing that I challenge you to find any where else: A miniature camping ground with power and lighting. Outdoor parties and large family gatherings at Christmas just got so much easier.
