Facing due north lot 3 has views which encompass the vastness of the Canterbury Plains, all the way west to Mt Peel and the Four Peaks. On its eastern boundary is a yet to be completed native planting strip. This site also has sealed access, a 30,000 litre water tank, a unit of water, and all services to the boundary.
