Forget the rat race and move to the Karikari Peninsula. This 751 m2 section has fantastic sea views, is nicely elevated and has a fairly flat building site. It is in walking distance of the shops and a couple of minutes drive to the Carrington golf course and the local winery. One boundary is on council land giving a feeling of a much larger piece of land. Nearly 100 kilometres of coastline around the peninsula, and lots of beaches that are accessible by car. The fishing is fantastic and the beaches pristine.
