On nearly every road there is a little patch that you find and you go "Oh that's interesting, I like this". This is one such spot on Glen Brook Road. Very easy access to the site (I would say and obviously you need to check it out it would be relatively easy to put in a driveway). I didn't need my tramping boots here as it was pleasantly really gentle contour. These sections are getting really hard to find as the building is usually a lot less cumbersome and costly when you have a wide frontage, good access and gentle contour coupled with no significant trees (get the arborist in to check that out).
What I did see and hear though were the birds, the peace, new houses being built in the area (we all know when you see building and renovation the area is having growth and usually value added to it). I noticed how close it was to walk to the bus, the hall/cafe & beach. I also looked up and saw rays of sunshine filtering through the tea trees. We have sold a lot of property in Rocky Bay and this area has a real community. Many professionals have chosen this lifestyle of outdoor life, relaxed atmosphere and it is a fabulous place to call home.
