This is a quiet little spot in laid back Onetangi. It gets a reasonable amount of sun and is South West facing or thereabouts. In place is your glamping palace a “lean to” open shed like; tree house structure. Perhaps you could sit there pondering your new build on this site of just over a quarter of an acre. Listen to the birds in this sheltered, elevated nook with stunning native Nikaus and the like. Beyond the shed there is some bush but it would make a perfect place to put the house (subject to council approval of course). There are two water tanks in place that will stay they are both approximately 5000gallons each and the owner has laid a concrete driveway years ago (note this is not consented).
