2 Toilets Welcome to our house, we are the big white villa with the charcoal trim, roof just peeking above the fence or through the trees. I'm really lucky as I am nestled in nature with on of my best features being our historic tree that council kindly look after. We have fruit trees, veggie plots, herb gardens, hens in the hen house, birds in the trees to listen to and green grass to play on and a spa to relax in. But the real surprises are when you come inside. I'm like a grand old lady full of history and have all my original assets intact. Yes that is a coal range, bench and sink with big beautiful cabinets all matching my 1908 life. I have dining, living room with built-ins and an amazing fire place. But my last owners were wanting a few new comforts and have put in a heat pump and new carpet to keep my feet warm. I have a formal lounge across the landing with bay window wood panelling, picture railing and ceiling rose and stunning fire place. My master's bedroom has French doors to my long dressing room that adds to the drama of the property. My other bedroom has a fire place and also has a long room off it, being used as a study room , sewing room, dressing room but I could be a bedroom. I have a 3rd bedroom that does enjoy the late sun. One of my intriguing features is up very steep stairs there's a small room in the attic with many a mystery been read or written there. Then its the bathroom, yes it has to be seen to be believed character like you'll be hard to find anywhere has to be seen. There's a 4th bedroom as a sleep out with the same gorgeous finishing as the house. A second toilet, a wash house and maintenance room and very large carport complete the package to the good life.
