The price has come down on this one and this has to be very good buying now! If you compare this to others on the market currently you will see you are getting a lot of house for your money. With four bedrooms in the main home and two in the flat there are plenty of options here. Holiday in one and rent out the other or move in permanently and bring the grandparents in to the flat.
