There is much confusion regarding the prices quoted and the GST status of the Villas. The Villas that have a lease agreement with the management rental pool are considered a taxable activity and are sold “zero” rated for GST.
Our villa is considered a private residence so the quoted sale price is “GST inclusive” or, to put it another way, you could place our Villa in a rental pool and claim the GST content of the purchase price back.
Villa is being sold furnished (list of chattels available on inspection).
The Managed Body Corporate funds all maintenance to the grounds, exterior of buildings, street lighting, and holds a long term maintenance fund.
