This was my home before I met Prince Charming - don't tell him I said that!! (we wont, promise). It is the warmest house I have lived in and the wetback was awesome.

It's in a great location. Walking distance to local schools and town. Actually it's close enough to the college that my teenager used to get out of bed at 8.10, jump through the shower and be at school by 8.30!

I have added added value to the home with carpets and lino, painting inside and out, and new kitchen 5yrs ago. I have had it rewired and replumbed. Concrete piles. Freestanding Kent fire (still compliant in Central Hawkes Bay) has a wetback which saved a fortune over winter! This is definitely one of those 'dont judge a book by its cover' houses!!
