113 hectares more or less of dairy support land that is well subdivided into 33 watered paddocks with access across the whole farm. The soil is ash over a pumice clay mix and is relatively free draining. With a mixed contour of rolling to steeper country, there also is a good amount of area for cropping and harvesting.
