Bateson Way is a newly formed private road which gently winds its way from Fergusson Drive past mature trees before opening out to prime Residential Conservation zone land. A variety of different sized sections are available sympathetically sculpted around existing mature trees. There is a pedestrian gate for members through to Royal Wellington Golf Club and its first class facilities. Local amenities include the Heretaunga railway station, Silverstream shops, a major bus route, Trentham Memorial Park, Trentham racecourse and some of the region's best primary and secondary schools.
