It's always good to buy a first home with real potential to improve and add value over time. Also, add your own touch! I like the bigger lounge and the dining area doors to that sunny back yard. I can see a future BBQ deck out there! I like separate toilets, gas and baths for kids, plus a shower box. Also, a kitchen area I can work with.
