All I asked Santa for was a place to live on the flat, with walks along the waterfront and a park nearby. I didn't want to be more than 250 metres from a supermarket. High quality modern fitout and secure parking a must. It has to be near the bottom of town with entertainment at hand. AND I want change out of $195,000.
Was that really too much to ask?
