The old courthouse building comes to the market due to the tenant leaving and the landlord changing their investment direction. Built in the early 1900's the building served Huntly and the district well, until the new court was built in the 1960's. With the current owner purchasing in 2006, the Old Courthouse Cafe and bar was established sometime later.
