We brought this section a few years ago and got plans drawn up but have moved back down south to be closer to family. If you are interested in looking at the plans feel free to give me a ring. The section is actually more south Hamilton but I can't change the location. It is just a few km from the Waikato Hospital which is why we brought it as there was not much available in that area to suit our needs.
