After living in their beautiful brick and tile home for 18 years, John and Ruth have decided it's time for a move to Christchurch to be close to their family. They will particularly miss the warm bedrooms and living areas, as well as the easy care sunny section, and convenient location. John and Ruth will also be donating their fridge and washing machine to the new lucky owners, as they won't be able to take them when they leave.
