This house was lovingly built over three years in 2003 by the owner. The idea at the time was three levels of the family tree in the family house (his parents upstairs and his teenagers downstairs, and the vendor in the middle). It is very clever as there are stairs to both upstairs and downstairs separately outside ie you don't need to invade people's space and tramp through the middle to get where you want. Enjoy your company wine/dine together, live and laugh and then say goodnight!

The veiws are gorgeous - great sea views, privacy is great, trees, sun, Northerly facing, sunsets to the West over the sea. This very large property is awaiting for your interior flare now as I can see someone taking it to the next level - I sort of felt like I was on holiday with a bit of a mediterranean twist.
The property has a bore which is used for everything except for the garden - he uses water tanks for that - no I haven't got it wrong! This is a wonderful property - you feel healthy, its got that vista to it - throw your suitcase on the bed and breath in - your guests will love it a perfect retreat. All the areas have their own large deck, views, sun. Fantastic property for those with vision.
