This prime section slopes toward the north and west.
It has magnificent views from Paku in the east, to the ocean to the north and the Pepe Estuary to the west.
It is very private and is a blank canvas waiting for you to create you own world.
Being close to the Pepe Estuary it is an easy walk to town and the harbour, and must be one of the last sites of this size so close to everything.
