From the early beginning in 1988 when our Vendors opened Kimmys Motor X Park till today has seem huge investments in both time and money. During the intervening years a mini track of 1 km for children and beginners has developed, 2.6km motor X track giving experiences involved in a full competitive track and is up to the basic MNZ & FIN specification. For both the Mine track and the M X track a substantial irrigation system has been installed to maintain the courses in top order. The real gem is the 15km Eduro Loop covering much of the 80Ha down through the steep slopes and through the regenerating native bush with endless stopping areas to stop and take in the rural country side, exit tracks have been included where the not so confident riders can go missing out of the more challenging areas. When entering the park participants register at the office receiving their terms and conditions of entry, the next stop is a spacious grass area for parking. The property has an accommodation room with some bunks, shower, cooking facilities for overnight stays. The owner accommodation is a building converted to a comfortable 3 bedroom home overlooking the property. This park is fully consented by the Waikato District Council and fully compliant with council OHS and New Zealand Adventure Activity Regulator. To maintain and expand this adventure playground our Vendor has included an extensive range of plant & accessories in the purchase price.
