Our beach property is designed to be owned by two families.

It has a main house of approximately 96 sqm with a large kitchen, lounge/dining, bathroom, laundry and one master bedroom and one single bedroom that we have bunks and a single bed, and a pot belly stove for heating in winter. There is a large deck with ramp off the main house which was replaced and enlarged in 2013. All furniture is included.

There is a separate sleepout of approx. 48 sqm that has a large separate double bedroom, a separate bathroom and a lounge/dining kitchenette which we have a double bed and two singles beds in it. There is also a big single garage to accommodate your beach vehicle, motorbikes, bbqs etc.

A new Coloursteel roof and gutters were installed on the main bach and exterior repainted on all buildings in 2012.

Situated at Omamari Gap on Ripiro Beach, a large driveable beach stretching from Pouto Point to Mangonui Bluff in the north with great surfcasting and other types of fishing, motorbiking, four wheel driving, walking are some of the activities we have enjoyed at the beach.

The famous Kai Iwi Lakes are a five minute drive, with boating and safe swimming available there.

We have owned the property for 18 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our summer and winter holidays there. We are ready to move on to a new piece of paradise.
