This is an absolute waterfront location in iconic Pearl Bay at the eastern end of Waiheke Island.

Built in the 1950's as a very basic weekend getaway with one bedroom, one bathroom and a combined kitchenette/living room. Out the back there is a slightly newer bunkhouse which easily sleeps four to six adults, with room to spare.

Imagine waking up practically on the shore of the beach. Step off the front deck to your own idyllic bay and have that early morning dip. Watch the kids swim and sail from your front lawn. Explore the rich coastal life via the walking tracks, or from two bays away at Orapiu, catch the ferry to Cormandel town for an outing, or back to Auckland.

Access to Pearl Bay is either by foot along Hunterville Road or by boat to your doorstep. There are no public roads for cars, no shops and the bay is part of the marine reserve.

All in all, a perfect, peaceful retreat - a 1950's time warp.
