The attractive wood-burner (Jotul) in the lounge is very effective too at warming the whole house.

The ceilings and walls were all re-lined in a thorough refurbishment of the house 8 years ago. The house was completely re-decorated then and all surfaces (floors, carpets, walls, curtains, ceilings) are in as-new condition throughout. The kitchen and bathroom are new. The house was re-wired and re-plumbed during the refurbishment. The large patio at the back of the house and the large deck on two sides of the house provide great out-door living.
