This comfortable caravan with a full awning is located on a large flat section in a quiet cul de sac at Cooks Beach. It is within 10 minutes walk from the main beach and a 5 minute drive to the boat ramp and estuary. The full awning has 3 single beds while the caravan has a permanent double bed and a pull out double bed. There is plenty of room for extra people with tents on the large flat section at the front of the section. There are no sections behind, only paddocks at the rear of the section. The utility has a shower and toilet and basin and all the cutlery and crockery needed for cooking. There is also an outside shower and an outside sink. There is a microwave, BBQ, hotplates, BBQ table, etc....Reminiscent of our traditional Kiwi holiday, it is a step up from camping but still maintains the flavour of a NZ holiday at the beach. The beach is ideal for young children and a perfect location for those who love fishing or canoeing, cycling, running and there are plenty of local walks and tramps. There are plenty of opportunities here to experience your favourite pastime. We have had many great summer holidays here and can thoroughly recommend the location and the experience. If you are interested in shopping, then Whitianga is a short drive and a short ferry trip from Cooks Beach.
